Sanilioni is a Japanese street food company that produces an assortment of Japanese street food. They are known for their famous fried rice, so this dish was always a popular meal for me. It’s basically a rice ball that is seasoned with a little bit of soba flour and a dash of soy sauce. It’s very similar to a sashimi, but in a more savory way.

When I was a kid, my mom would make this thing to feed me and my brothers. When we were little, it was my favorite thing to eat. Now that I’m a parent, I can’t do anything without it.

The soybean paste also makes the sauce spicier. In fact, I’m pretty sure it’s the whole thing. In any case, it’s a great one-dish-a-day meal.
