The food in this book is amazing. The recipes are simple and fresh. We get a lot of inspiration from things we eat on a daily basis. I often get inspiration from a specific recipe that I’ve cooked. This book is my go-to when I’m stuck in the kitchen.
I know. I know. But you also have to take into account that, for example, you can buy a jar of tomato sauce and it will be good. You can buy a jar of tomato sauce and it will be great. So it’s not about the quality or quantity of the ingredients, it’s about the quality and the quality of the process.
For a long time I had a hard time believing that anyone could make a good sauce. I think it was because I thought that any recipe that started out good was probably going to be good to the end. But then I began to learn about the various ways that you can make a really good sauce.
In the last few years all our recipes have been really good, but one of the reasons we’ve become so obsessed with cooking for a change has been that we’ve gotten better at it. We have not had to make our own sauces anymore, and we’ve been able to make the best sauce we can. It’s a great way to try it out in the future.
This is the same recipe that I use for my signature recipe. Ive made it on and off for at least 10 years, but this time I wanted to do a proper recipe to make sure I was on the right track. I want to use a lot of good olive oil so I’ve been doing a lot of experimenting with different types of olive oil and the different kinds of olive oil that olive trees produce.
I also wanted to make sure that the sauce wasn’t too thick (to prevent clogging of the pan), that it didn’t have clumps (to prevent the whole recipe from failing), and that it wasn’t too vinegary (to prevent the whole recipe from tasting like vinegar). While I didn’t want to go overboard on the vinegary part, I did make sure the sauce was smooth.
The recipe that I used was about 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 of garlic, 1/4 teaspoon of oregano, 3 cups of chopped onion, 1 cup of diced zucchini, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of pepper. The whole thing was cooked until the onion was tender and the zucchini was chopped and then mixed into the sauce using a wooden spoon and a little bit of olive oil. It then thickened up nicely.

This is a great soup with lots of different layers of flavor. The zucchini adds a little bit of a nutty flavor and the onion adds some acidity.
