The reality is that many people, especially those that work outdoors, are often exposed to higher than average levels of ultraviolet (UV) light. We’ve all heard how important it is to wear sunglasses during summer months, but while it seems a small thing, it’s really important in protecting our eyes from harmful rays.

The problem is that these rays can damage our skin cells from UV damage and the result of that can be a condition known as Acne. Acne is a common condition that causes painful red bumps on your skin and can often lead to the development of pimples.

So what’s an average person to do about it? Well, the best advice I’ve been given is to use a sunscreen that contains at least 93% water. And if you don’t like the water part, try to find a sunscreen that has a minimum of 10% oil. You don’t want to look like a clown.

The problem is that the majority of sunscreens on the market today don’t contain 93% or more of the Vitamin D that is found in actual natural sunlight. So for a lot of people, the sunscreens that do contain the UV filter are just plain toxic to your skin.

The problem with the majority of sunscreen products is that they are so heavily loaded with oil that they end up making you look fat and gross. Also, some of these products contain very high levels of Parabens and other chemicals that are known to cause cancer. So the good news is that you don’t have to buy a sunscreen that is 100% oil-free, there are a lot of good ones out there.

I dont know about you, but I like sunscreen. I think it’s a great thing to have on your body. Unfortunately, it’s much easier to get a sunburn than it is to get sunscreens that are 100 oil-free. Just like I don’t have to wear sunscreen when I go swimming, I don’t have to use sunscreen when hanging out at the beach.

This is a good thing because the skin does tend to be very sensitive to the sun’s rays. So if you’re worried about sunburn (and I am), you can always use a low-oil sunscreen. But this is good news because I really like a good sunscreen. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten sunburned when I had sunscreen on and I had to go all out and get it off.

It seems like we have come full circle here, and we’re talking about our skin. We still use sunscreen, but at the same time we are getting closer than ever to the point where our skin is free of oil.
