This is a daily habit I have formed and it has really helped me to be more conscious of my body and how I engage with food. I’m a vegetarian now, and I eat mostly plants. I try to eat mostly raw, but I also eat a lot of cooked vegetables now. The most important thing to remember is that every part of your body wants to work for you and get the nourishment it needs.

Dailykeep is a pretty effective habit. I can eat a lot more plants now and I don’t gain weight, I don’t feel deprived, and my body just absorbs the protein and nutrients well. Of course, I still feel like my body is just a bunch of cells that need exercise and nourishment, but at least now I know that it’s a lot easier to pay attention to my body and take care of my needs.

I am talking about the ones who are willing to eat junk food until you are happy, because you are not going to have a long life. The ones who are willing to eat junk food are the ones who are going to eat it now.
