charusita chakravarty
This recipe is what I feel like every year as I open up my fridge and find a new, fresh one to cook up. It is the ultimate comfort food for me. It is one of those dishes that you can eat for lunch and dinner, but you also eat it throughout the week.
It’s not a recipe, it’s what you eat with the exception of breakfast for breakfast.
In the case of charusita, you would cook it up in the morning, add a few things to it, eat it up and then return to your apartment, shower, and bed. Breakfast is a nice way to do this. I dont cook charusitas myself, but I have a recipe for an awesome and simple version you can make at home. Ive had it for a few days now and it is really delicious. I would say to use it as a first course, but I know it can be a great meal for when you just need a quick and tasty lunch.
I love this stuff. I like the idea of using it as a starter. When you go to get something like this, take a couple of minutes to look it up and see what it is called.
The recipe I’m talking about is from the Cooking Channel’s “Charcuterie” series. The recipe is a simple one: “Take a whole unpeeled and shredded red bell pepper, chop it up and add it to the chili.
