You may have heard of the chair challenge tok. You know it by now as the name of a popular exercise regimen. The challenge is to sit on a chair as long as you can, with no breaks. It is a challenge that will increase your cardiovascular endurance and possibly give you a run for your money.
The challenge is a fun exercise, but one that takes a lot of mental resources. The main reason I’m writing about this is because a lot of exercise advocates recommend it. But if you’re not sure you’re going to be able to get through the challenge every single time, then I recommend you get the book “The Chair Challenge Tok” by Mark Wilson.
