On the flip side, we can sometimes be afraid of what we can’t control. We can’t always control what happens around us, but it is our reaction to it that can make or break our own lives.
As with most things, the answer is to use the fear and willpower to control your reactions and habits. We’ve seen this in the past with the internet being so filled with trolls who have nothing constructive to say. We’ve also seen it over and over again with the “too much internet time” and “too many messages” problems.
Well, that is why I like the buffalo fights series. These fights are not about combat. They are about fighting for your own beliefs, goals, and values. The fact is that even if there is a buffalo, you can still win, even if you want to. So take your fear and take your habits and use them to your advantage.
